for the Service of any description. The Publisher also offers or implies
no warranty as to the suitability of the Service to find or notify Members
of potential matches with other Members.
The Publishers reserve the right to change, amend, terminate, suspend
or delete the Service or access to the Service for any Member, Members or
non Members without prior notice. The Publisher also reserves the right to
change or amend the Terms and Conditions of the Service without prior
notice
The Publisher is based in 121 selsey road,birmingham,west midlands, United Kingdom. Use
of the service is therefore subject to and abiding by the laws and
regulations of United Kingdom.
MEMBERS RIGHTS AND RESPOSIBILITIES
It is the responsibility of each individual Member to ensure that the
profile that they submit is legal, decent and honest. Failure to do so
could result in exclusion from the Service.
Members must not cause nuisance or distress to other Members or to
visitors to the site.
Each Member agrees to allow the Publisher the right to retain the
copyright of their profile and to allow the Publisher the right to amend,
change, alter or delete their profile to comply with its responsibilities
as a publisher of material in a public forum that is accessible to both
adults and minors.
Postings, messages or profiles containing illegal, racist, sexist,
pornographic or abusive material or images will be immediately deleted
without recourse to the member concerned, and the member will be excluded
from further use of the service.
As a member you will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of,
other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service.
As a member you will not post your personal details such as Your
telephone number, address and/or e-mail address or URL in your Profile,
any profile found breaching this rule will be removed.
As a member you should be aware of that other Kaunia.com
Members or users (including unauthorized users, or "hackers")
may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials on the
Kaunia.com service and that you may be involuntarily exposed to
such offensive and obscene materials. It also is possible for others to
obtain personal information about you due to your use of the Service, and
that the recipient may use such information to harass or injure you.
Excite Media is not responsible for the use of any personal information
that you may choose to disclose on the Service. Please carefully select
the type of information that you post on the Kaunia.com service or
release to others.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other
Kaunia.com Members. Excite Media reserves the right, but has no
obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.
REFOUND POLICY.
All subscription fees are non-refundable, cancellation/termination of this
Agreement by You or Us at any time for any reason will not entitle You to
a refund of monies paid.
INDEMNITY BY MEMBER.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Excite Media, its officers,
directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs,
liabilities and expenses (including reasonable lawyer's fees) relating to
or arising out of your use of the Kaunia.com service, including
any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement. ONLINE CONTENT.
Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made
available through the Kaunia.com service are those of their
respective authors and not of Excite Media, and should not necessarily be
relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such content. Excite
Media DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY
INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE AND NEITHER ADOPTS NOR ENDORSES NOR IS
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OPINION, ADVICE, OR
STATEMENT MADE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL Excite Media BE RESPONSIBLE
FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ANYONE'S RELIANCE ON INFORMATION OR

parties without the individual members prior consent.

If you have any complaints about the Service, its use or terms and
conditions of use, or about the conduct of Members, non Members or users

We will endeavour to answer your complaint as soon as possible, and where
possible to prevent complaints of a similar nature arising in future.
